BenOpsOne account recovery

Password resets are handled by a BenOpsOne administrator. Ask an administrator to open the Users page, edit your account, and enter a temporary password.

After the temporary password is set, sign in with it and BenOpsOne will require you to create a new password before entering the dashboard.
